Why is a $50 deposit required?
The deposit holds your event date on our calendar. It is applied toward your total balance and is refundable if you cancel at least 2 weeks before your event.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule requests made at least 5 days in advance can usually be accommodated based on availability. The deposit transfers to your new date, but only one time.
Why do I need to book 2 weeks in advance?
Two weeks gives us time to prepare supplies, confirm travel, and make sure everything is ready for your event. Last-minute requests may be accepted if we have availability.
When do you arrive to set up?
We arrive 90 minutes before your scheduled event time to set up everything and make sure the space is ready before guests arrive.
How do I pay the deposit and remaining balance?
We will send an invoice to the email on file to collect the $50 deposit. The remaining balance is also paid through that invoice on the day of the event.
